By using the texas-johnny.com.au website, you are consenting to the collection of information by texas-johnny.com.au.

Our online store requires you to submit personal information. This personal information will not be sold or traded to any third party organisations or individuals
without your consent other than third party suppliers in the delivery services you have agreed to accept from texas-johnny.com.au or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.

We do not collect any credit card details. All credit card processing and security is provided through PayPal.

Delivery Information:

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  • Delivery of items will take approx. 2-7 working days.
  • A fee of AUD$9.95 will be included to your total for postage and handling.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

  • Deliveries outside Australia will take approx. 7-14 working days.
  • A fee of $29.95 will be included to your total for postage and handling.
  • On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may
    take for an item to clear customs.
  • Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the
    country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other
    fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we
    are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
    We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the
    intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local
    customs offices to gain further details.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We want to ensure that you are satisfied with what you have purchased so if something isn't right with what you
    have purchased, let us know by emailing us at info@texas-johnny.com.au.
  • We do not accept refunds however we do offer credit for items purchased on the Texas Johnny online store.
  • We accept returns & exchanges within 7 days from purchase date. Items must be in the condition that they were delivered to you.
    Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
  • Warranty:
    Some garments are unique in the process of production and may not necessarily be regarded as faulty items.
