What currency are the prices on the online store?
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

How do i order an item?
STEP 1: ADDING ITEM TO CART

Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have
a size option. Select the size you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button. To confirm that
you would like to add this item to your shopping cart, click on the "add to cart" button

STEP 2: YOUR CART

• You can view the items in you basket at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button at the top of the page.
• To delete an item from your cart, click the "x" button for the item you wish to remove.
• If you would like to continue shopping, click the "continue shopping" button.
• Once you are happy with the items in your basket please press the "checkout" button.

STEP 3: CHECKOUT - DELIVERY INFORMATION

• If you would like to deliver the order to the billing address displayed, then tick the tick box next to "deliver
  to billing address" and enter the full name of the recipient.
• If you would like to deliver to an address different to the billing address, then enter the address of the recipient
  along with their full name.

STEP 4: PAYMENT

All payments are handled through PayPal.

How do i update my personal information?
You can update your personal information by clicking on the "Your Account" link at the top of the page.
To edit your personal information, simply click and edit the information in the textbox or select the an option from
the drop-down menu. To save the changes, click on the "update" button.

Do you accept refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds but we do offer credit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with what you have purchased so if something isn't right with what you

How much does postage and handling cost within Australia?
